The beginning of 2026 brings significant changes to our company’s structure.

Effective January 8, 2026, we welcom Mr. Przemysław Wacławskias Chairman of the Management Board together with Mr. Sławomir Bekier they now form the Company’s two-member Management Board.

Mr. Mariusz Rosa, who has served as President of the Management Board in recent years, has moved to the company’s Supervisory Board.

We are confident that the new Management Board, with the continued support of the Supervisory Board, will enable us to grow even faster and produce vehicles that meet our customers’ expectations.
